Affectionately called “The Cool Apartments”, there is no Air Conditioning in any of the apartments, as the architectural design is spacious and built using a “shaded” model that allows breeze to enter from the windows, patios and for the building itself to remain cool even with the hot temperatures of a tropical climate.

We couldn't have asked for a better host. The apartment was spacious with a spectacular view in a very residential area that is still close to everything fun to do in Kingston. Our host was very responsive, thoughtful and kind. We will highly recommend this place to anyone and we ourselves will certainly book again.

The apartment was sparkling clean, the view was more then amazing we seen fireworks which were nice right from our room window .The host provided board games and dominoes that me and husband would sit up late night and just enjoy.The apartment was very secure and the neighborhood very quiet. Our host, brought different fruits through out trip, checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and was so nice and polite anytime I come back to that area I will be looking for this home on Airbnb. I loved every minute of it I give this apartment a 10+.

The apartment was sparkling clean and just as pictured. I stayed here an entire month with my husband and daughter and it felt like home. The apartment is tastefully decorated. The location was close to everything. The view was also a plus. Our host, even shared fresh fruit from the property. I will return for another stay soon.
